2.23 Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manual Submittal

Construction Management Representative (CMR) -

  • Verify that all requirements are included in the operation and maintenance requirements checklist attached at the end of Division 1 Specifications.
  • Review manual(s) for completeness following the Operation and Maintenance manual procedure.
  • Return manual(s) to Contractor, if incomplete
  • If acceptable, forward to COR
