be updated by the National Park Service.

Obtain Cost Comparability data for a minimum of three similar built non-National Park Service projects and prepare the Cost Comparability Data Checklist.

Document all scope, functionality and cost variations relative to the PMIS
Project Statement and PMIS Class C Construction Cost Estimate. This requirement applies only to Line Item Construction Projects.

Resolve Predesign Review Comments and Submit
Final Predesign Documents
