4.3 Prepare Class A Construction Cost Estimate

Prepare the Class A Construction Cost Estimate based on the completed 100% Draft Construction Documents. Confirm that project cost is within available funds.

4.4 Prepare Material Submittal List

4.5 Prepare Closeout and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Requirements

Prepare the Closeout and O&M requirements as identified in individual construction specification sections.

Finalize the Constructability Analysis utilizing the Constructability Checklist.

4.7 Construction Documents Deliverables

100% Draft Construction Documents

Submit the following documents for review:

• Contract Price Schedule
• Product File
• Class A Construction Cost Estimate
• Material Submittal List
• Closeout and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Requirements
• Constructability Checklist
• Design Calculations

Submit 100% Complete Construction Documents for Final Approval

Resolve all review comments and incorporate resolutions into the documents listed in Paragraph 4.7.1.

Submit three copies for final approval.

Submit written responses to review comments, utilizing the NPS review form, within 30 calendar days of receipt of comments.

Submit Final Construction Documents

Upon final approval of documents submitted in Paragraph 4.7.2, submit the following documents for construction contracting and NPS archiving:

• Final Construction Drawings
• Final Divisions 1 through 16 Construction Specifications
• Final Contract Price Schedule
• Supplemental Design Reports
• Final Class A Construction Cost Estimate
• Final Material Submittal List
• Final Closeout and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Requirements
• Final Constructability Checklist
• Final Design Calculations

4.8 Update Class A Construction Cost Estimate

Update Class A Construction Cost Estimate, as directed, when the elapsed time between submission of Final Construction Documents and initiation of Construction Contract Procurement exceeds six months.
