9.1 Post-Project Evaluation/Consolidation and Filing of Administrative Record

An important part of the general management planning process is the project closeout, which should include (1) a post-project evaluation to examine the strengths and weaknesses in the planning process, to assist in improving future GMP’s; (2) consolidation and filing of the administrative record; and (3) a discussion of the next steps needed for plan implementation.
